This form
is ONLY for churches who will be presenting Beneath the Upper Room during
Holy Week. Any other producing organizations, and any churches that plan
to present this show at any other time than just during Holy Week or intend to
charge an admission fee must apply
directly through KMR
Scripts.
2.
Fill out the
Application E-Form below and submit it to KMR Scripts. You may also send us the
information via regular mail or
phone. Please make extra sure this form is
COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY filled out. If we have to contact you for missing
information, it will lengthen the processing time of your order. 3.
Whether you provide this information by mail, online, or phone– all licensing
fees
must be paid and your application received by our office before we will ship
any rehearsal materials. Sorry, we don’t accept Purchase Orders. You may pay for your
Packet directly online with Pay Pal. 4. The usual timetable for
applying, paying for, and receiving your rehearsal materials is about two weeks– so please plan accordingly. It is possible to reduce the
processing time to about a week via fax and/or the Internet– ask for details. There will
be significant additional costs if we have to rush your order processing to meet your
schedule. 5. Please be certain of your
choice before you order and pay the licensing fee for the show. There are NO
REFUNDS on licensing fees once rehearsal materials have left our offices.
6. Please read
and print out the Performance License, you will be required to
accept its terms as part of your application.
