What People are saying...
- Our (your) play went so well!! Many people have shared what a wonderful experience it was for them. We keep getting asked what we will do next.
[Our director] says the truth is that there is not a lot of quality stuff out there to be done. So get busy! Really, Thanks for the great script.
The whole crowd was very into the play starting with everyone saying Shalom back to Ezekiel.
All the jokes were laughed at and many people have said they were moved to tears during the solo speeches.

Gilbert Presbyterian Church, Gilbert AZ - IT WAS WONDERFUL! I cannot express how thankful I am to you for letting us present this play. It was wonderful practicing and the group became closer each time that we met.
We presented it on Maundy Thursday night and people are still talking about it on Sunday. It was an awesome experience and we can't wait until the next play comes out.
Thanks again for allowing us to do this presentation and to GOD be the glory! We serve an awesome God! HE is risen!
Thanks again from the bottom of our heart!

Union Chapel United Methodist Church, Union Grove, AL - THANK YOU for the wonderful script! Our congregation &
community was blessed by the experience! Peter’s monologue at the
end of the script is such a powerful portrayal of how the disciples
must have felt about not only their Lord, but their friend! The
entire script is a reminder to me that Jesus is our friend – he
wants to laugh with us, to hug us, to share experiences with us. He
is not intangible and removed from us. I can’t think of a better
lesson to carry us into the celebration of His resurrection!
Happy Easter,

Moorpark Presbyterian Church (CA) - Thank you for sending me a copy of your script. BENEATH THE UPPER ROOM. I loved it! Your sense of humor really shines. I sat at my computer chuckling in different spots. I've never thought of the last supper in respect of the women's point of view and what it might have been like. Going to church at least two or three times a week since early childhood, I've heard the story many times and have seen pictures of what artists thought it might have looked like. Also, a local church puts on a play of a what they thought the last supper was like, again taking it from the Bible's point of view. I've read
your play over twice and tried to put myself in the kitchen, as a mouse in the corner, so to speak, and am amazed by the different feelings and thoughts that I now have concerning this story. Thank you for giving me that new perspective.

Webster City, IA - You did a great job on writing this play and it was so well received by our congregation.
My cast gave me an ultimatum that I now have to do something bigger next year!
In fact, they all said they would do this again. Some of the cast had never been in a play before,
let alone ever have been asked. I pushed a lot of comfort zones on people who would have never thought
they could do something like this. We all got a little closer, got to know each other better, and made a
tremendous impact on our audience.
