A Note About Shipping

You must allow 2 1/2 weeks (from the day we receive your order till the day your receive your materials) for delivery of perusals and/or Production Packets.  If that is not acceptable, you must pay for the RUSH shipping or contact us for alternative suggestions.

We do our best to make sure our shipments go out in a quick and efficient manner, but sometimes the process takes longer than usual.  Perhaps we need to order more copies of a script or have other materials in our inventory re-produced.  It's just a matter of days, but that will delay our usual response time.  There are also times when we are involved in the final preparations for the premiere and/or publication of a new show-- that will take us from our usual office routine.  (Also, we have been known to occasionally make a mistake.  If that happens, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.  We are 100% responsible for our business practices. ) However, there are times when a customer will request RUSH shipping for Perusal Scripts or Production Packets.  Our merchandise is not usually the type people are in a rush for.  The usual reason a customer needs RUSH shipping for our products is because of a deadline they are under.  We have no control over that-- but we understand that sometimes the theatre has no control over that either.  In any case, we offer RUSH processing at an additional cost.  

We make no apologies for our RUSH and NEXT-DAY shipping fees.  If you feel the fees are too much, please make sure you  give your order plenty of time to follow our normal procedures.

Shipping Information

  1. ECONOMY - USPS First Class Mail. Usually takes 3-4 days. We usually ship orders the same day if they are received by 3PM (CST). Depending on whether we have to wait for new materials to be printed, it may take up to a few days to process an order.
  2. PRIORITY - USPS Priority Mail. Usually takes 2-3 days. This is our RUSH shipping.  We will process your order within 24 hours of recieving it, using USPS Priority Mail which offers 2-3 day delivery to MOST locations in the USA.  If you require us to ship Next-Day or via Fed Ex or UPS, it will cost significantly more.  Contact us for details.
  3. RUSH/NEXT-DAY - USPS Express Mail. Usually Next-day to most areas. We will ship using USPS Priority Mail which offers 2-3 day delivery to MOST locations in the USA.  If you require us to ship Next-Day or via Fed Ex or UPS, it will cost significantly more.  Contact us for details.
  4. DOWNLOADS - Please be aware that our download ordering system is NOT automated and your receipt of the download link is not instantaneous. Because we are dealing with the licensing of copyrighted materials, we must take the time to make sure all the Ts are crossed and the Is are dotted, so we verify everything "by hand." Depending upon how your online order corresponds with our office hours, there may be up to 24 hours lag time. The USUAL wait time is only a couple hours.
  5. Some towns are not available for Next-Day shipments from our town.  That is beyond our control and we do not refund shipping fees if your town happens to be on that list.  You can find out if USPS Express Mail is available for Next-Day delivery to your town by contacting your local Post Office (or online,  www.usps.org). Our zip code is 67147.  
  6. Orders received in our office after 3:00 pm CST will begin processing the next day, regardless of the type of shipping you select. Saturday orders will not normally ship until Monday.
  7. We do not email or otherwise make available our perusal scripts in electronic format via the Internet.
  8. DOWNLOAD.  We do not charge shipping for downloads.  PayPal often charges a default shipping fee on all orders, in which case you will notice that your item has been reduced in price to off-set the default shipping charge. If, by chance, you do see that you were charged full price AND a shipping fee for a download version of the Performance Packet, you will shortly see a refund come your way.  If that doesn't happen within a few hours of your order, please contact us to draw our attention to it.
