Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple: We don't have one. That is why we offer perusal scripts-- so you can read the play before you commit your time and money to the cost of a production. If you contact us to cancel before your order is shipped, we'll be happy to issue a complete refund, but once your Performance Packet CD leaves our office, you are licensed to present our show and no refund will be offered.
Now, that said, if something happens that causes you to cancel your performance(s) and you contact us before your performance dates, we will be happy to issue you a "rain-check" that will allow you to present the play at another time without having to pay the licensing fees again. You'll still need to fill out our Performance Application so we know you're going to do it-- but we won't make you pay again.
This has to do with our special arrangment with the playwright, Kevin M Reese, who has agreed to significantly lower his royalty fees and the cost of the rehearsal materials for the benefit of church productions. We want to do everything we can to make the script available for church productions yet still protect the copyright to his work.
